Processing and Delivery Windows 

Order Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for our boutique team to verify, quality-check, and package your order.

Standard Shipping: Once processed, your pieces will typically arrive within 2–5 business days for domestic shipping.

Tracking Your Order: The moment your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email complete with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Standard Boutique Shipping: Free Shipping on all domestic orders. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages 

Sincerely, Me is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct at checkout. If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
